Responding to a Bias Incident (via Zoom)

In this session, participants will understand the importance of reporting a suspected bias incident or hate crime and learn about the University’s position against discrimination and harassment of any form. This session will include details about the process for submitting an online bias incident report and steps involved after a report is filed. In addition, the role of the University’s Bias Incident Response Team will be introduced. This is a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiative that supports the University's values in taking proactive steps to promote a more inclusive and equitable campus community. All faculty and staff are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
