Project Description

We are looking for volunteers to help take on rescue missions with us! There are two types of shifts:

1) Pick-ups: includes pick-up, transport to recipient site, weighing, recording (30-45 minutes)

2) Deliveries: Tuesday, Wednesday: drop off at location (30 minutes), Saturdays: set-up, distribution, and clean-up (1.5 hours).

This is an amazing way to see how a grassroots organization works, form relationships with the community, and contribute to mitigating waste and hunger locally. We look forward to rescuing with you!

Yes - Training simply refers to accompanying a BFR team member on a rescue mission for your first shift
