Project Description
Volunteers are needed to support NoMa's clothing closet and hygiene pantry! We invite you to visit 30 Main St Mondays from 11am to 2pm. Duties include:
- set up: place clothing racks in hall, assemble extra bags
- sort clothing & hygiene donations (trash dirty or damaged goods)
- hang clean clothing donations / shelf hygiene items
- organize clothes on racks according to gender/style/size
- assist in tallying headcount of community participants
- help participants into the building, as needed
- tare down: clean up any messes, move clothing racks back into storage
