Project Description
Provide short farm tours and equine interaction with youth groups. Teach proper grooming and answer horse and farm questions for various aged youth. Your participation in this program gives you hands on access to hippo-therapy and therapeutic riding sessions as well as equine assisted learning sessions. Learn how to combine your love of horses with a career in physical therapy or social work. This position can be modified to fit your love of journaling, photography, crafting, animal care, and/or nature. Please email with your area of interest and any equine experience. We are looking forward to meeting you! (equine experience is not required)

e utilize real horsepower in the form of therapeutic riding, hippotherapy, and equine-assisted learning to coach, heal and educate children with disabilities and life challenges. We are looking for people who enjoy interacting with children and being around animals. The experience here can benefit those studying physical therapy, psychology, animal science, behavioral science and more.
