Student Testimonials:
- “Participating in this Skills Lab has allowed me to grow personally, as I found taking the initiative to learn more about a space that I am interested in would allow me to be more comfortable in partaking in future professional events. I always feel nervous when I ask questions and partake in a professional networking/info session, but I feel like one of the best ways to ease this feeling would be to consistently put myself in these types of situations. As for professional development, the stock pitch workshop has definitely enhanced my knowledge of how to deliver a successful stock pitch professionally. I believe that this skill is transferable to various presentations that I would have to do in the future and it would greatly enhance my presentation skills.” - Allen, “How to Create a Stock Pitch with Alumni from Morgan Stanley” Skills Lab Attendee
- “I learned that anyone and everyone can think and act entrepreneurially, as there were people of all kinds of majors in attendance…It was my first one but it definitely won't be my last.” - Connor, “Idea to Action, Entrepreneurship Insider Tips” Skills Lab Attendee
- “My biggest takeaway from the Skills Lab was how easy it is to add automations and how user-friendly the code is on the platform. I think sometimes I get nervous when it comes to streamlining processes using automation/AI/coding because it's unfamiliar, but ever since taking some coding classes as a part of my MBA program the coding on Trello is so easy to use! Since my future company is huge on streamlining processes with the help of automation and AI (it's basically all they do), I can't wait to bring Trello to my team for when we each need to review different pieces of comms on completely different schedules and timezones.” - Angelica, “Project Management Tool: Trello” Skills Lab Attendee
