Eighth Annual Preceptor Appreciation Day

Binghamton University invites all Decker nursing preceptors to attend our Eighth Annual Preceptor Appreciation Day to recognize their critical role in providing clinical experiences for our nurse practitioner students.
Speaker: Wendy Wright
This year, we are excited to welcome back Wendy L. Wright, DNP, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, FNAP, who will provide a pharmacology update that features the following topics: Asthma; Prescribing Safely: Avoiding Malpractice and Litigation; Pain Management and Opioids: Balancing the Risks; and Immunizations across the Lifespan.
Wright is an adult and family nurse practitioner. She also owns an NP-managed clinic in New Hampshire; Partners in Healthcare Education, a medical education company; and is a chief clinical officer of Duet Technologies, which assists NP-owned clinics across the U.S. She is also the recipient of numerous awards and accolades and consultants with corporations in several industries.
