Background

Molly Welch joined Binghamton University's Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences in September 2021 as a clinical assistant professor in the Division of Nursing.

Before coming to Decker College, she spent seven years as an instructor in the undergraduate nursing program at SUNY Corning Community College.

Welch's clinical experience includes 12 years as an intensive care nurse. She has also worked in other clinical areas including emergency room, medical-surgical and gastrointestinal units.
