Wendy Moore, PhD, RN-C, CNE

Background

Wendy Moore joined Binghamton University in September 2023 as an associate professor of nursing at Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences. 

Her clinical practice includes maternal-newborn nursing, as well as community and home healthcare nursing. She has taught in undergraduate and graduate programs and has experience with online, hybrid and traditional classroom settings. 

Moore is passionate about education and obtained both an MS in nursing education and PhD in education. She also holds national certification as a certified nurse educator. She has years of experience as a nurse leader and was selected to participate in the American Association of Colleges of Nursing Elevating Leaders in Academic Nursing fellowship in 2023.
