Mission

Our tutors create an active learning environment for students by creating student-focused sessions, which help students develop skills in lifetime learning. Our tutors help our students become independent learners while mastering the content of their courses and, most importantly, learning the successful key points of studying.

Strategies for Academic Success 

EOP offers students a wide range of services geared towards academic success. These services include academic coaching by peer tutors, as well as a series of academic workshops designed to help students learn how to learn. For the Fall 2018 semester, EOP is offering the following workshops

  • Tuesday, 9/18/18, 6PM-7PM, "The Many Types of Reading"
  • Wednesday, 10/3/18, 6PM–7PM, "Note-Taking Workshop"
