Russian and East European Program
Binghamton University's Russian and East European Program (REEP) offers an interdisciplinary minor and a major (individualized program major) in Russian and East European Studies. All students complete coursework in a variety of disciplines—Russian language and literature, history, and political science. While study abroad is not required, it is highly encouraged.
Binghamton University graduates who have done coursework in our program have pursued further studies in international law and governance, history, and Russian language and culture at the graduate level. Many have spent a year in Russia on the Fulbright or as English-language teachers.
