Our mission
The Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs (MS HESA) program prepares higher education professionals to critically examine the contexts in which they work and their impact on students. Guided by a theory-to-practice approach and our commitment to equity, inclusion and diversity, students create a foundation for their practice informed by reflection, research and theory, adapt to changing higher education landscapes, and develop professional skills.
