5 Ways to De-Stress Before Finals!
Finals week is approaching, which can heighten stress for many. It is essential to prioritize your well-being during this time. Did you know that Binghamton offers various events to help students relax and clear their minds? Take a look at the Stress-Free Bing Calendar to see all that is provided. I picked out five events that stood out to me and can definitely help students unwind.
Banish Stress at Bartle

During finals week, when you find yourself at Bartle, check out Banish Stress at Bartle! They will have therapy dogs at the Bartle Breezeway, button-making in the lobby and more. Check it out!
Get Energized

During finals week, if you need an extra boost, head over to the library tower for a coffee fuel-up! All you need is your Bing ID to get a complimentary medium drip coffee. This is while supplies last, don’t miss out!
Enjoy Enzo’s Pizza Pop-up

If you’re feeling hungry, head over to App Nite Owl for a pizza pop-up! Enzo’s Pizza Co., a local pizza shop in Johnson City, will be serving specialty round and square pizza slices and pinwheels. Check out the December Dining Events Calendar for more!
Check Out Stress-Free at the Science Library

My favorite study spot on campus is the Science Library, and throughout the last week of classes and during finals week, they’re offering various activities to help students stay stress-free. You can even check out a plant buddy to keep you company while you study. For more calming activities at the Science Library, look here!
Jam Out at Mountainview

Unwind after the last week of classes at Mountainview Jams in App Dining Hall. Whether you perform or just enjoy the music, have fun and stay a while! This is a perfect way to clear your mind before finals week.
Give yourself a huge pat on the back for making it through the semester, and remember to take some breaks to de-stress and clear your mind when studying! Good luck with finals – you got this!
