Background

Cory Rusin is the Director of Recruitment and Internship Placement for the Masters of Public Administration and Sustainable Communities Programs. She earned her BA in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta, her MA in Psychology from Adelphi University, and her PhD in Community Research & Action at Binghamton University. Her research focus was the relationship between purpose in life, education level, and stress reactivity.

Cory has been working in the field of student affairs since 2015 and has experience in recruitment, student success initiatives, workforce development, academic advising, and community collaboration. She has held multiple leadership roles including Co-Chair for the Family Friendly Campus Toolkit and Social Media Coordinator for the NASPA Adult Learners and Students with Children Knowledge Community.
