Soo Hyung (Ralph) Park specializes in marketing strategy, international marketing and innovation. He seeks to solve managers' business problems by focusing on understanding strategic organizational decisions, marketing outcomes (like innovation) and financial performance. His substantive research areas include innovation, international marketing strategy, organizational learning, customer-centricity (strategy and structure) and top management team (marketing leadership). He uses methods including panel-data econometrics, unstructured data analysis and experimental design to answer his research questions. Park teaches product management, marketing research and international marketing at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Before his career in academia, he worked for Ipsos Healthcare (South Korea), a marketing research company, and NCSOFT (South Korea), a video game company. In NCSOFT, he worked on the brand strategy team, developing a corporate-level brand strategy.
