Division I athletics.
And so much more.

Whether you’re a participant or a spectator -- when it comes to sports and fitness, Binghamton University has what you’re looking for.

Sure, there’s Division I competition and great facilities to showcase our intercollegiate athletic teams. But there’s also an incredible selection of intramurals and club sports for those of you who fancy yourselves as athletes as well as students – and who love competition.

Or, saddle up a horse, grab a backpack, a paddle or your ski boots, and head for the great outdoors for credit-bearing or non-credit courses and activities available through Binghamton Outdoor Pursuits.

Have a schedule that doesn’t accommodate a lot of extras? Burn off some energy during Open Rec activities like swimming, basketball, volleyball and more.

And when it comes to wellness, Campus Recreational Services can help out there, too, providing group exercise classes, personal training and fitness evaluations, nutrition guidance and FitSpace – our state-of-the-art facility to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle.
