Before joining the admissions team, I worked at a non-profit helping high school students
apply to top colleges all over the country. Getting to know my students’ personal
stories by reading hundreds of college essays was one of my favorite parts of the
job. During my two years, I learned a lot about what different universities have to
offer their students and, when I decided to switch over to admissions work, I knew
there was no better place for me than Binghamton.
Binghamton University stood out to me because of the incredible value that we offer
our students. I attended a private university for undergrad and, while I loved my
experience there and will always be a proud alumna, I paid the high private schoolcost for
the same experiences Binghamton students get.
I’ve worked with hundreds of students on college applications, and nothing makes me
happier than seeing a student go to the school that is truly the perfect fit for them.
