While we all continue to practice safe social-distancing measures, it is important that we get out and exercise in a healthy manner as well. The parks right here in our community provide a wonderful outlet to walk, hike and get some fresh air. Here are some of the many places locally to go for a stroll!

Online classes are not something many of us are used to. Without the structure of daily classes, seeing your professors or walking to Bartle to study, it can be hard to stay motivated. I reached out to some peers to see what they were doing to adjust and do well in school. One thing I personally do is make sure my planner is completely updated. When we switched to virtual learning, I crossed out any old due dates and updated them. I also started color-coding in a new color to make the changes clear. Most of us Bearcats have gone home, but I decided to stay in Binghamton for the rest of the semester. Classes have moved online, but I wanted to know what other resources were still available to me. With everything going on due to the coronavirus pandemic, it can be easy to forget to take care of yourself. Between managing a new school system, and constantly being bombarded with news, I often get overwhelmed.
