Since 2022, the ReImagining Schools Research Lab initiative has brought together university students and faculty to conduct research that explores questions that matter to local community schools. The two main goals of the lab are to (1) examine timely issues relevant to improving academic and non-academic outcomes of community schools implementation and (2) provide undergraduate and graduate students at the university with an opportunity to be engaged in community schools research.
