The Health Promotion and Prevention Services (HPPS) Department believes that access to safer sex and menstrual products is imperative to the health and well-being of Binghamton University students.
In collaboration with the Binghamton University administration and the Student Association, HPPS provides free menstrual care and safer sex products around campus. BU students can also order safer sex and menstrual product kits directly to your on-campus mailbox.
Safer Sex Kit
Each Safer Sex Kit can be customized to your needs and may include:
- 10 external condoms
- 10 water-based lubricant packets
- 5 internal condoms and/or 5 dental dams
For free additional safer-sex supplies or information, contact Health Education or the Health Promotion and Prevention Services Department on the second floor of Academic B.
Menstrual Care Product Kit
Each order will include:
12 tampons
12 pads
12 liners
In addition to ordering kits online, menstrual products are also available in various locations throughout the main campus.

Off-campus students: Will need to schedule an appointment to pick up the kit in Academic B, Room 207B.
