Spring brings a packed calendar of campus events, performances and local activities, making it the perfect time to get out, try something new and make the most of the weeks before finals and summer break. Here are 10 things to check out in Binghamton this spring.
Catch a Binghamton Baseball Game

Spring means baseball season in Binghamton. Head to the Bearcats Baseball Complex to watch the Binghamton Bearcats baseball team take on conference opponents throughout the semester. Games are free to attend, making it an easy way to spend time with friends. Grab a hot dog from the concession stand, find a seat in the beautiful stadium and cheer on the Bearcats. Explore the Spring Exhibitions at the Art Museum

Stop by the Binghamton University Art Museum to explore new exhibitions on view through May 16. This spring’s lineup includes Line, Color, Contrast: Japanese Prints and New York Arts and Crafts, and Drawing Connections: Frank Lloyd Wright, along with several exhibitions curated by Binghamton students. Mark your calendars! Spring Fling returns on May 2 as one of the biggest student events of the year. Sponsored by the Student Association, the end-of-semester tradition features carnival rides, games, food vendors and student organizations, along with a live concert to close out the night. Experience the excitement of Commencement

Commencement weekend brings an exciting energy to campus as ceremonies take place May 14-17 to celebrate the Class of 2026. Throughout the weekend, graduates, families and friends gather across campus for ceremonies and special events leading up to the big moment on stage. Festivities like the Champagne Sendoff and other celebrations make it a memorable way to close out the academic year.
