I am currently a Clifford D. Clark Diversity Fellow and PhD Student in the School of Management. Prior to this, I served six years as a police officer for the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, started and ran two small (but profitable) consulting businesses, taught college courses on leadership, management, and digital marketing at Western Kentucky University, and had a lot of fun in the process. Each of these experiences has helped shape who I am today; however, none of them defines who I will be in the future. Throughout this journey, I have worked with thousands of people in a variety of contexts and learned from each endeavor. Maybe my experiences, failures, life lessons, and successes have given me some "wisdom" that I can share.
