Background

Phillip Bakic joined the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in January 2020, as the administrative assistant for the Office of Student Affairs and Admissions.

Before joining us, he worked as the administrative assistant for the SUNY Cortland Career Services Office. Bakic is commissioned by the New York Department of State as a public notary. He also has several years of experience in the financial industry, primarily in banking and insurance. Bakic’s professional experience in higher education and finance adds a wealth of customer service experience as well as a broad understanding of student affairs that are integral to students, faculty and staff.
