Invitations for fall 2023:
Entry into the Binghamton University Scholars Program is by invitation only and no supplemental application materials are required. Invitations for the next class of Scholars (those starting in 2023) have yet to be released. Invitations for the next class of Scholars are typically released January through March.
Please note that the Scholars Program is very small, and typically 110-120 of the 40,000 applicants to Binghamton University are enrolled in the program each year.
Since 1991, the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation has sponsored the Beckman Scholars Program, a 15-month mentored research experience for undergraduate students in chemistry, biological sciences, biochemistry, biomedical engineering or integrative neuroscience.
