URGENT B-ALERT:Due to the severe weather conditions anticipated to impact New York State on Monday, January 26, by order of the governor, Binghamton University will modify operations: All classes will be held remotely on Monday, January 26. Transferring to or Double Degree in Harpur, Watson, or CCPA

Procedure for Transfer or Double Degree in Harpur, Watson, or CCPA

Instructions:

  1. Speak with an academic advisor and relevant faculty
  2. The deadline to apply is March 10 of the first year; the deadline to apply to begin coursework in the spring is November 10
  3. Information and instructions for submitting an application are available at the following link. 
  4. As soon as the required form is submitted, email Professor Steve sortiz@binghamton.edu and provide
    1. Your full legal name
    2. B-number
    3. Email
    4. Current GPA as stated on your transcript
    5. Current degree program (or state undeclared if applicable)
    6. Desired degree program
    7. Indicate if you wish to enroll in a Double Degree or double major and if so, list both degrees/majors
    8. Name of the academic advisor you spoke to prior to applying
    9. Provide your date of submission for the IUT/Double Degree Application for Admission
  5. Scholars will not be considered for entry into the desired program until grades from the fall semester are posted. In some cases, consideration may not be made until the spring semester grades are also posted.
