Registering with SSD

Process to Register with SSD

    • Student completes the online “Link to Student Self-Disclosure Form” uploading the appropriate documentation to the form.  Please review the documentation requirements link
    • You will receive an email from an SSD staff member. 
    • Student meets with an SSD staff person to review documentation, history of accommodations and the functional impact of the disability.
    • SSD will determine and authorize equal access accommodations.
