1. How do I log into B-Engaged?

To log into the B-Engaged platform, you'll:

  1. Navigate to https://bengaged.binghamton.edu.
  2. Click the green ‘Sign In’ button.
  3. Click the green 'BU Login’ button.
  4. Enter your University credentials and click ‘Login.’
  5. Copy/paste your 2-Factor Authentication code.
    Click 'Login.'

And you're in! Enjoy, explore and stay connected.

2. How can I have a new B-Engaged Group created for my office, department or student group?

To have a B-Engaged Group created for you, contact SAASE at bengaged@binghamton.edu.

3. How do I obtain access to my office, department or club's existing B-Engaged Group?

To obtain Officer access to your B-Engaged Group, have another Officer add you as an Officer. If no one in your office or club/organization has access to your Group, contact SAASE at bengaged@binghamton.edu.

4. How can I add other Officers to my B-Engaged Group?

To add other Officers to your B-Engaged Group, you'll:

  1. Log into B-Engaged.
  2. Head to your Group.
  3. Click 'Dashboard' and select 'Officers.'
  4. Click the brown 'Add Officer' button at the top right of the screen.
  5. Enter the email or first/last name of the new Officer.
  6. If applicable, check 'Notify Each New Officer By Email.'
  7. Click the 'Add' button.

5. How can I create a B-Engaged event?

To create an event in B-Engaged, you'll:

  1. Log into B-Engaged.
  2. Search for and/or click on your Group.
  3. Click ‘Events’ (left-hand menu bar).
  4. Click the green ‘Create Event’ button (top right corner).
  5. Fill in the appropriate event info in the event creation form.
  6. PRO TIP: You can include relevant Event Tags to increase exposure for your event. To find Event Tags, click the ‘Events Tags’ drop-down in the very first section. Select all that apply.
  7. Once you’re done, click either ‘Create Event,’ if completed, or ‘Save As Draft,’ to come back to/edit the event later.

6. Is there an app for B-Engaged? What’s it called? And where can I download it?

Yes, there is a free app for B-Engaged, called CampusGroups. To download it, you'll:

  1. Find 'CampusGroups' in the App or Google Play store.
  2. Download and choose 'Binghamton University.'
  3. Login with your Binghamton email and follow the prompts to confirm your email.
  4. You're in! Enjoy, explore and stay connected.
