Decision Making Workshop

Every day we make decisions, but are we confident that we are making the right decisions? The Office of Student Conduct is offering an ethical decision-making and personal responsibility workshop designed to challenge students to explore various contexts of decision-making; provide beneficial insight, strategies and skills for effective decision-making; empower students to assume personal responsibility for the decisions they make and the potential impact their decisions can have on others; increase awareness of ethics; and learn systematic methods to approach decision-making.

Note: Depending on the number of sign-ups, the Office of Student Conduct will determine if the workshop will be held in person or remotely. We will send notification of the location 1–2 days prior to the workshop to those who register.

Conflict Coaching Workshop

Conflict coaching provides students skills and strategies used to support their ability to engage in, manage or productively resolve conflict. Coaching can also help students resolve their own conflict issues at the lowest levels. Our workshop provides participants with the opportunity to: handle active conflicts in a timely way; engage with others who have not opted for formal resolution; gain a deeper understanding of conflict and the various ways that conflict shows up in our daily lives; identify one's primary response for dealing with conflict; and learn skills and techniques for resolving conflict without a third party.

Note: Depending on the number of sign-ups, the Office of Student Conduct will determine if the workshop will be held in person or remotely. We will send notification of the location 1–2 days prior to the workshop to those who register.
