Background

Dr. Mulcahy joined the Department of Teaching, Learning and Educational Leadership as an assistant professor in 2007. She received her undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degrees at the University of Maryland, College Park. She taught in self-contained classrooms at the elementary and middle school levels in Montgomery County, MD.
