The Undergraduate Research Center (URC) supports faculty-mentored undergraduate research, scholarship and creative activity.

Undergraduate Research Award

This competitive award is designed to support the expenses for students' independent research or creative work. To qualify, your project must be supervised by a Binghamton University faculty member.

WCAC Professional Development Funding

Apply for professional development funding to attend a conference that will enhance your professional growth! Support is intended to help Watson undergraduate and graduate students defray the cost of participating in a professional development opportunity.

Graduate Student Organization Research and Travel Funding

MS and PhD students seeking to attend or present at conferences can apply for the Graduate Student Conference Travel and Research (GSCTRF) through the Graduate Student Organization (GSO) grant after travel has been completed.

Generous donors support various funds for students with low-paying or unpaid internships (up to $5,000).

Fleishman Center Professional Development Fund

The Fleishman Center for Career and Professional Development has established a Professional Development Fund to support both undergraduate and graduate Binghamton University students to pursue career- and academic-related professional development opportunities

Knoll-MacDonald Start-Up Internship Fund

Students completing a low-paying or unpaid internship at a start-up company are eligible to apply for this fund.
