The will call windows are located next to the Events Center Ticket Office. Tickets purchased by phone or on the Events Center website can be picked up at the Events Center Ticket Office. The Events Center Ticket Office opens approximately two hours prior to the start of each home game. Fans who need to claim their tickets from will call must present valid photo ID, and if required, the credit card used to make the original transaction. Will call tickets can only be released to the party whose name appears as part of the original ticket order/transaction. Will call lines can become more congested approximately 30 minutes prior to each home game.

Note about ETickets: "Buyer Beware"

Tickets purchased for events may be electronic print-at-home tickets. The unique bar code on each ticket allows only one entry to the event. The first copy of an e-ticket (if there are multiple copies made) to arrive at the event will gain entry after scanning and validation. Other copies of the ticket will be denied entry.

Note that any sales of tickets to these events at locations other than through this site (i.e. online auction sites) cannot be verified as authentic tickets. The sponsoring organization and/or venue will not be responsible for fraudulent sales and/or the illegal duplication/sale of e-tickets.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF SOMEONE OFFERS TO SELL YOU AN E-TICKET. IT HAS NO OFFICIAL RESALE VALUE AND MAY BE AN UNAUTHORIZED COPY.
