Research work and problem-solving services performed in the Analytical and Diagnostics Laboratory (ADL) Materials Science Core are enabled by world-class, high-tech equipment to perform failure analyses and characterization of materials and devices. The ADL Health Sciences Core Facility houses instruments for life-science research. The equipment is overseen by dedicated ADL scientists and engineers, who provide equipment training, maintenance, operator services and consultation to our academic and industry users. The lab staff is available for advice in all aspects of sample characterization, ranging from sample preparation to measurement and data analysis.
