Student Loan InformationIf you were offered Federal Direct Student Loans and you want to use these funds toward your fall bill, we recommend that you: Step 1: Accept the loan online at BU BRAIN Self Service via the portal by logging into my.binghamton.edu by mid-July.

Step 2: First-time loan borrowers: Complete Entrance Counseling and a Master Promissory Note (MPN) for Undergraduates at https://studentaid.gov/ no later than mid-July. Note: Log in using your FAFSA username and password. Complete Unsatisfied RequirementsAll unsatisfied requirements as a result of filing the FAFSA must be satisfied in order for financial aid to be disbursed to a student's account. To ensure timely disbursement of aid, satisfy requirements prior to the fall bill, expected in early August.
