Our Mission
The University Testing Center (UTC) partners with Binghamton University faculty to provide secure, equitable, and efficient testing services that meet the institution's instructional needs. We measure our success by the high satisfaction of our faculty and students and by the integrity of test administration, ensuring that all students have an accessible, supportive environment in which to fully achieve their academic potential. The UTC adheres to the National College Testing Association (NCTA) Professional Standards and Guidelines for Post-Secondary Testing Centers.
