Code of Conduct
New York and SUNY require that every Binghamton University student positively affirm the University Student Code of Conduct as a condition of enrollment. You confirmed receipt of the Code Of Conduct when you accepted your Binghamton University computer account.
The Binghamton University Student Handbook and Code of Student Conduct found therein is considered the valid policy and procedure manual for Binghamton University students.
In addition, as a Decker undergraduate student, you are responsible for complying with the policies and procedures in the following:

- Decker School of Nursing Undergraduate Student Handbook
