The Help Desk is the University's central contact point for questions about the use
of information technology. The Help Desk staff will answer questions directly or facilitate
a resolution if second level technology support is required. Meanwhile, check out the HELP DESK resources below and the menu on the right for links for all your helpful tech needs.

TeamDynamix is an enterprise IT service management tool that facilitates greater emphasis on relationships with users. It tracks the handling of issues and requests, as well as automates business processes. The tool also enables gathering and sharing of information within Information Technology Services and with end users, and provides robust monitoring and reporting capabilities. Submit your IT requests, report problems, view our available services, and search the ITS Knowledge Base. You will also be able to see any tickets you have active in the system.
