URGENT B-ALERT:Due to the severe weather conditions anticipated to impact New York State on Monday, January 26, by order of the governor, Binghamton University will modify operations: All classes will be held remotely on Monday, January 26. Microsoft Office 365

University-Owned Computers

ITS installs Microsoft 365 on University-owned and public lab computers. To request Microsoft 365 installation on a University-owned computer, contact the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@binghamton.edu or 607-777-6420.

For Personal Computers

Microsoft 365 is available for free to all current students, faculty and staff at Binghamton University. This software is free of charge and can be downloaded on personal computers and devices.

Note:Recently Graduated Students (students who graduated within the last 6 months), Emeritus Faculty, and Visiting Scholars are granted a limited license which allows them to access Microsoft OneDrive and use 365 online (only). Recently Graduated Students, Emeritus Faculty, and Visiting Scholars are not able to run Microsoft Office on their local computer.
