Education Abroad

Binghamton University currently sponsors over 50 education abroad and exchange programs in a wide variety of locations and sites—and new programs are constantly being developed. In addition, you have access to approximately 600 education abroad programs sponsored by SUNY institutions. You could also explore programs outside the SUNY system.

Each education abroad opportunity offers different academic challenges and culturally immersive experiences. Some programs offer instruction in English while others are conducted in foreign languages; you can choose to stay within your major or explore new subjects for elective credit.

We are here to help! Whatever your goals for education abroad, there is a program right for you. Unsure where to start? Visit our Frequently Asked Questions or email iegi@binghamton.edu.

We hope to see you during drop-in advising hours soon!
