Mission
Binghamton University's Parents Leadership Council (PLC) offers parents an opportunity to enrich the Binghamton student experience by serving as a link between the University and the parents of undergraduate students. The council aims to broaden and deepen the University's connection with parents by fostering an enduring and mutually beneficial relationship.
