Department of Energy (DOE) NNSA Stewardship Science Graduate Fellowship

The Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration Stewardship Science Graduate Fellowship (DOE NNSA SSGF) provides excellent financial benefits and professional development opportunities to students pursuing a Ph.D. in fields of study that solve complex science and engineering problems critical to stewardship science.

Students planning to study in an academic department and conduct research in a science or engineering discipline related to high energy density physics, nuclear science, or properties of materials under extreme conditions and hydrodynamics, are eligible for this fellowship of $36,000 annually for up to four years.
