Binghamton University’s strategic planning process is guided by a team of dedicated leaders and contributors. This includes the co-chairs who provide overall direction, the project management team who coordinate and support the process behind the scenes, and the members of the strategic planning committee representing the campus community. Together, they ensure the plan reflects the university’s mission, values, and shared priorities for the years ahead.
