Binghamton University’s strategic planning process unfolds in a series of carefully designed phases, each building on community input and reflection. From refining the process and strengthening the core team to engaging the campus community, developing strategic priorities, and drafting the framework, each step ensures a thoughtful, inclusive approach. Throughout these phases, feedback is gathered, the plan is refined, and the final framework is prepared for implementation in Fall 2026, providing a clear path forward for the university’s next five years.
