Speaker event to examine NYC housing market

By Steve Seepersaud

The pandemic accelerated a number of dynamics in New York's housing market such as volatile sales prices across the city, all-time-high rents, buyers and renters opting for transitioning sections of Brooklyn and Queens, and young professionals finding it difficult to start life on their own.

Our May 16 TIER Talks webinar, titled "A Place to Call Home? A critical look at the NYC housing market," will discuss trends affecting those looking to move in or move up. The program will also examine public policy and advocacy efforts to ensure that fair and affordable housing remains a right, not a privilege. TIER Talks will feature two alumni speakers with extensive experience on this topic. Register now for this webinar.
