BINGHAMTON, NY - The SUNY Business and Education Cooperative of the Southern Tier (SUNY BEST) will host an event featuring an interactive panel of young professionals from around the Southern Tier at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, in Room 220 of the Binghamton University Downtown Center, 67 Washington St., Binghamton. The meeting is free and open to the public.

One of the greatest challenges faced in the Southern Tier is retaining young professional and families.  SUNY BEST invites you to come and discuss how we can help market our area in a positive way. We will discuss resources that will attract and retain a skilled workforce. 

Refreshments are being served at 9:30 a.m. The presentation will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a networking reception from noon-12:30 p.m.

There will be directional signage to the meeting room from Washington Street. Free parking will be available on the south side of Susquehanna Street behind the Floyd L. Maines Memorial Arena, as well as the covered meters on Washington and Susquehanna Streets surrounding the Downtown Center.
