Join B-Healthy, the Student Transition & Success Center and Campus Dining Services in our event before finals: Navigating Anxiety Through the Academic World! Make staying on track EASY and FUN! We will have wellness stations set-up for you to go to starting with, ‘Schedule Building & To-Do list Crafting’ with the guidance from Success Coaching from STS. From there, your newly made planner, to-do list or schedule will be your ticket to move forward and go onto the ‘Self-care and& Sleep Stations that B-Healthys Healthy Campus Peer Agents will be ready to share information and de-stress items at! Lastly, to end your journey with us, we will have a ‘Nutrition Station’ provided by Campus Dining Services with snacks, refreshments and nutrition materials!

We will have Healthy Campus Peer Agents there handing out wellness information and just to talk to while you meet the pups!

A 2 hour long study session open to all majors. The coach running the study session will help keep you on task and have you work in timed increments that include taking breaks! This is a great opportunity for students that struggle to sit down and focus while studying. Snacks will be included!

Stand-up comedy with a self-care twist; students will be encouraged to attend this B-Healthy event to de-stress before finals! Stand-up comedians(from a club on campus, a local comedy club or even students who have ideas in mind) will have material ready to go on stage relating to college which focus on wellness, but specifically stress management/self-care messages that can pull through from a comedy show, magic show or comedy contest. Food will be provided! During the show there will also be contests for tables with prizes, and B-Healthys Healthy Campus Peer Agents will be handing out resources, info, merch etc., throughout the show with a pamphlet of the performers and self-care resources!
