Copies of public safety/emergency management related MOUs are on file in the office of the New York State Police (NYSUP) at Binghamton University. These records may be viewed by visiting NYSUP during regular business hours (8 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday through Friday) in the basement of the Couper Administration Building.
