Office of Veteran and Military Services

The online Certification Enrollment Form offers security, convenience and interactivity that was not previously possible.

The most welcomed improvement of going online is that social security numbers are no longer needed to submit an enrollment form.  Although the VA still requires social security numbers, the information will be obtained from existing university records.
If you have already submitted an enrollment form and received confirmation that your form was received, there is nothing you need to do.

All others, and anyone needing to modify their submitted certification information or provide a document, should use the new online form: campus_life/ enrollmentCertification
