Northeast Historical Archaeology

Northeast Historical Archaeology is a peer reviewed journal published annually by the Council for Northeast Historical Archaeology. It was started in the spring of 1971 to further the Council's mission to collect, preserve, and disseminate knowledge of historical archaeology in northeastern North America. The Council for Northeast Historical Archaeology also publishes Studies in Historical Archaeology, an occasional monograph series. The monograph series features high quality research in an expanded format.
