The Technology Transfer Office (TTO) provides financial, legal and talent resources
to protect and commercialize intellectual assets researched and developed at Binghamton
University, in an effort to create sustainable economical and societal impact. TTO
helps to bridge the gap between fundamental discovery science to translational pathways
for inventors by providing the support needed to convert ideas into real-world solutions.
The office efficiently moves technologies from the lab to the marketplace through
industry associations and the creation of startups.
