Planning Process

More than 2,800 individuals engaged in Binghamton University’s planning process.

A Strategic Planning Committee, composed of 30 faculty and staff, took the lead in reflection on Binghamton’s mission, vision, and values. This group also helped design multiple constituency engagements that yielded input into the plan’s five-year goals, action areas, and key performance indicators.
