Accessing Data & Consulting Services
SAASE assists offices within the Division of Student Affairs to collect, analyze and use data in order to enhance programs, services and processes.
We offer individualized consulting for offices and programs that are in the process of designing an assessment or research project and would like assistance.

SAASE is the primary custodian of data collected by offices within the Division of Student Affairs. If you are seeking data related to students or student affairs programs/services, we may be able to help.
Inquiries about access to data can be sent to email@example.com. It helps if you tell us what type of data you are seeking, how you plan on using it and your timeframe.

Knowing who is attending your programs, services, events, etc. is an important piece of information. Our office can help you collect this information. There are various options available through the B-Engaged platform.
With B-Engaged, there are a wide range of options when it comes to tracking your event, and its attendees, including:
- ID card swipers/readers
- Online Kiosks accessible via URL
- Custom event QR codes scannable by phone camera or mobile app
- And so much more.
You can choose one option, two or a whole bunch - all at once! The possibilities are
